Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.

 

Before you return a product, please ensure that:

-The product was purchased in the last 14 days

– The product is in its original packaging

– The product is not damaged. If you received a damaged item, please notify us immediately for assistance. By email: [email protected]

– Please complete the return form available on our website.

 

Exchange:

You can also exchange your item for a different size and colour within 14 days, as long as the new item has the same product code as the original product you ordered.

If you want to exchange for a different colour, the price of both colours must be the same as the price at which you bought the original product.

 

Returns and Refunds Policy

A full refund will be issued within 3-7 working days of us receiving your return.

Please note all goods will be inspected up on return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly to avoid any damaged and the item reach us safely.

 

Please Note: Beauty products, pierced jewellery, swimwear, underwear are non refundable for hygiene purposes
