Description of Goods and Services
We take all reasonable measures to ensure that all the details and descriptions of products given on our website are as accurate as possible.
A description of the goods is set out on our website and any other documents referred to on our website. Whilst we will attempt to ensure that there are no changes to the goods to be supplied, it is possible that there might be some minor variations to the description and/or specification of the goods which arise by virtue of changes made by the manufacturers.
All products listed on our website are subject to stock availability.
Missing Parcels
In the event your order fails to arrive within the expected delivery time, please inform us straight away. We usually allow up to 14 days (UK only) before starting our missing parcel procedure.
We will investigate your claim and if we are satisfied that you have not received your parcel due to our fault a refund will be credited to the credit/debit card which was used to place the order.
Please note we have the right to refuse to make future deliveries to addresses that we consider to be insecure. If this is the case our customer service team will contact you and ask you to provide an alternative delivery address for future orders.
Payment
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.
Before you return a product, please ensure that:

– The product is in its original packaging
– The product is not damaged

Exchange
You can also exchange your item for a different size and colour within 14 days, as long as the new item has the same product code as the original product you ordered. If you want to exchange for a different colour, the price of both colours must be the same as the price at which you bought the original product.
Returns and Refunds Policy
A full refund will be issued within 3-7 working days of us receiving your return.
Please note all goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly to avoid any damaged and the item reaches us safely.

Indemnity
You hereby indemnify Hot & Stylish and undertake to keep Hot & Stylish indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by Hot & Stylish to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of Hot & Stylish’s legal advisers) incurred or suffered by Hot & Stylish arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions[, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms and conditions].
Breaches of these terms and conditions
